When Equal Exchange goes dark, they don’t mess around. There must be something fierce in their Panama chocolate beans, because this bar starts sharp and only gets sharper. It’s rich, full-bodied, and it’s got the bare minimum sweetness to bring out the pitch-black Panama flavor. If you want a bar that’ll take you right up to the edge of bittersweet, this one’s the chocolate for you. And do I want a bar that’ll take me right up to the edge of bittersweet? You bet your bottom dollar I do.
