Equal Exchange delivers again, fam. I’d be hard-pressed to name anyone who makes a better no-frills chocolate bar. This one’s delightfully bitter, with that trademark South-American citrus-adjacent tang. It’s sweet, smooth, slightly tart, and snaps off pleasantly between your teeth, concluding with a faintly coffee-esque finish. It’s the sort of chocolate that’s so delicious, it’s hard to ration. Rather than dole it out in pieces with each daily Bible reading, I just want to devour the entire bar right now. Stay strong, Jackson!
Equal Exchange tends to be a little pricier, but it packs in the value for every penny you pay. Got an extra three bucks in your wallet? Treat yo’self.
