Do you like fair-trade chocolate, but find it pricey? Do you have trouble rationing out an entire bar and end up eating it all at once? barkTHINS may be able to help! Then again, they may not, because as I sit here typing this, I’m eating them straight from the bag. But they come in a resealable bag, which I am now going to put back in the pantry so that I don’t eat any more, and they give you a generous portion of fair-trade chocolate for your dollar. They’ve got crisp, tasty dark chocolate and crunchy, salty almonds; think of them as a potato chip for chocolate lovers. Granted, they’re a bit more expensive than a tube of Pringles, but they’re healthier, and as fair-trade chocolate goes, they’re a solid value. And do you refuse to eat GMOs? Well, you can eat barkTHINS, because they’re non-GMO.
