Simply put, Simple Truth is your source for pretty good organic chocolate. Their coconut bar delivers on soft, slightly bittersweet milk chocolate, but the coconut flavor and texture aren’t that strong. Coconut Almond Bark Thins are more coconutty, and you’ll get more chocolate for your buck. Go get some Coconut Almond Bark Thins–or if you don’t want almonds, go with Theo’s coconut bar.
